Seeing their interview and the products they used that are only a store away really really makes me want to try these products out. Though...I have really been trying to use ALL NATURAL products...
but...if it works it works right? So maybe I will try it?

Organix - Moisturizing Grapefruit Mango Butter Shampoo & Conditioner

• Luxurious Sulfate Free & Paraben Free Formulas • Organic Active Ingredients • Amazing Scents • Safe For Color-Treated Hair • Safe For All Hair Types

A friend of mine referred me to this product she told me she loved it so I thought I would try it. I was looking for another organic product for my hair. Now honestly what REALLY made me try it was that it was free haaaa! It had a little mail in rebate coupon on it. First let me say I LOVE THE SMELL OF IT!!!! It reminds me of my favorite drink ooooooo Mojito from Fridays mmmmmmm So that right off that bat was a good thing. You don't need much to wash your hair which surprised me because my hair is pretty thick. So even though this bottle is small you don't need very much which is a BIG PLUS!!! I am a big co-wash girl LOVE co-washes so I haven't...shampooed since...WOW February. So I'm really not use to shampoo's (hopefully you understand what i mean) the shampoo was creamy, a lot of body to it,  I would buy it again. I know I will definitely be using this bottle for a long time.

What its supposed to do:

Moisturizing Grapefruit Mango Butter Shampoo

A tropical exotic blend of vitamin and nutrient rich organic grapefruit extract to nourish and hydrate, while organic mango butter and essential oils help moisturize and enrich your hair, along with sunflower oil for added moisture and a shiny, silky and frizz-free finish. It’s a moisturizing vitamin and nutrient rich exotic blend to hydrate your lavish locks.

Burt Bees

I have two conditioners that I LOVE from Burt Bee's they are fabulous!!!!! Highly recommended by me...but who am I? try them for yourself. I originally turned to Burt Bees because I wanted to move into all natural products and this was (at the time) the only product I had seen at the stores that was natural. So I figured let me give it a try!

Super Shiny Grapefruit & Sugar Beet Conditioner.

The conditioner is creamy, the scent is wonderful and you can smell it long after you wash it out. I love the smell personally, for others it may need to grow on you. I was so impressed with the results of this product I use it for co-washes and it works well with twist outs or Bantu knots. I can feel the difference in my hair it has made it extra extra soft and it truly conditioners the hair. I will keep this as a staple product for my hair. This product is 98.2% natural.

It's 8.00 depending on where you go and I frequently find coupons in the Sunday paper for $1 or $2 off.

How its supposed to work:

Essential natural oils from citrus fruits like grapefruit, orange and lemon are blended with sugar beet extract and penetrating Marula oil to replenish, condition, soften and improve your hair's manageability without weighing it down.

The ingredients are as follows:

Water, cetearyl alcohol, glycerin, betaine, cetrimonium bromide, sucrose polystearate, sucrose stearate, citrus grandis (grapefruit) seed oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil, citrus nobilis (tangerine) oil, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, citrus tangerina (tangerine) peel oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract, citrus reticulata (tangerine/petitgrain) leaf oil, polysorbate 60, glucose oxidase, lactoperoxidase, glucose oxidase, lactoperoxidase.

The second is Hair Repair She & Grapefruit Deep Conditioner

This is a deep conditioner for moisture, a MUST HAVE. I just wish it came in a bigger size. Its a 2 minute treatments but sometimes i leave it in a little longer. I coat my hair thoroughly and place a plastic cap on (you could sit under a dryer if you wish). It is 98.05% natural.

How its supposed to work:
This rich formula treats and repairs dry, brittle hair with a combination of nature's most nourishing ingredients. It hydrates your hair with shea butter and honey, while grapefruit extract enhances your hair's natural shine.

The ingredients are as follows:

Water, cetrimonium bromide, cetearyl alcohol, sucrose laurate, glycerin, honey, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), glucose, betaine, citrus grandis (grapefruit) seed extract, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, citrus tangerina (tangerine) peel oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract, citrus reticulata (tangerine/petitgrain) leaf oil, acacia senegal gum, polysorbate 60, glucose oxidase, lactoperoxidase

I LOVE THESE 2 PRODUCTS!!!!!

Quote - Nothing is Original - Jim Jarmusch

“Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that
resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination.
Devour old films, new films, music, books, paintings,
photographs, poems, dreams, random conversations,
architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds,
bodies of water, light and shadows. Select only things
to steal from that speak directly to your soul. If you do
this, your work (and theft) will be authentic.
Authenticity is invaluable; originality is non-existent.
And don’t bother concealing your thievery-celebrate
it if you feel like it. In any case, always remember
what Jean-Luc Godard said “It’s not where you take
things from- it’s where you take them to.”

My Favorite Flower EVER!!!! Orchids!!!

I LOVE ORCHIDS!!!! They draw your attention immediately due to their striking color.
they have a reputation as an exotic and unusual flower evokes a sense of refinement and innocence. There are a variety of Orchids to choose from. Just to name a few there are Phalaenopsis (or Moth), Cymbidium, and Dendrobium orchids are the most popular types, and the Vanilla Orchid (and its vanilla bean) is the most highly produced variety.

Today I am featuring my Favorite type of Orchids is
The Cymbidium

I love these because of their texture and they are so BIG and Beautiful. Especially when they grow in a cluster they are gorgeous!

Cymbidium Orchids
Cymbidium orchards are the best known and the most commonly grown orchids. They are easy to grow and have large flowers. The will grow and thrive almost anywhere. Bre Scullark NewDo!!!!!

I loved Bre's beautiful long natural hair and now she has a new do. I would be so scared to do a Big Chop like that. I miss her hair, though she still looks beautiful! It compliments her well.

Theoneandonly Introduction :-)

I'm Theoneandonly (The one and only). I'm a Fly Natural that's Naturally Fly.

The purpose of this Blog is for me to share thoughts, experiences and inspiration. I am a creative individual who loves to express herself through, clothes, hair, poetry, parties etc... you will see. There have been numerous blogs that have inspired me and I wish to continue this gift of inspiration.

I love to throw parties, but parties that have a meaning behind them. I plan to share pictures of inspirations and how I made them my own. You guys are just in time for my Annual Soiree in September its the 5 year Anniversary. Cant wait to share!!!
Poetry is a passion of mine I love to write and hopefully I will be able to share some of my favorite poems with you.

I would say I have been natural for... 2years now. When I transitioned I did not do a big chop it was a long process. I did it...simply to try something new, see how my hair would come out. I also had bad experience with Salon's. For some reason I grow my hair better then they do and they went to school for it. Anyway I got to a point when transitioning I could NOT STAND my permed hair so.... I chopped it off. I received a lot of help from YouTube & different blogs I was able to discover. I plan to post my personal regimen, products, updates on growth, hair styles etc... and just random things that I like and hopefully you will enjoy this blog
